Mojo AI Media Technologies was founded in 2022 with main focus on developing AI – based solutions intended for marketing, retail and more recently, hospitality.

Company has a holistic approach in developing both software and AIoT solutions, incorporating business requirements and user needs early in design process, translating design thinking principles into AI, resulting with AI based solutions that combine latest technology with user-friendly approach, resulting in easy-to-use products.

Company has developed two AI products:

• Mojo AI – AI targeted advertising in POS that allows targeting by age and gender, with 8 models of outdoor & indoor displays. Mojo AI also measures engagement on the ad in real time, allowing clients to see what effect which ad has on which audience and targeted cohort.
• MAIIA Concierge – AI platform for Horeca is the first AI-native platform for tourism industry globally, primarily intended for hotels, restaurants and spa centers.
• Concierge Platform itself has 4 parts:
  • Website-addon – intended for boosting reservations and virtual reception on hotel website
  • Guest app – intended for guests, adapting hotel offer to their interests and purpose of the stay, increasing upsell opportunities, also acting as 24/7 reception and Concierge.

This app also contains restaurant module, which has integrated AI that matches food and drinks, provides with valuable info about nutri-info, allergens and has ability to adapt to guest diet and recommendation system that matches guest preferences, increasing sales.

• Employee app – intended for upskilling employees & for procedures learning
• Central app – Containing CMS and analytics- providing hotels, restaurants and others with the opportunity to control AI (learn & forget) and content in user friendly way.

Central app also provides detailed analytics from other 3 modules, giving client genuine insights into their guests’ interests and needs throughout sales funnel.
