Vinarija Lastar (Lastar Winery) builds its identity on the unique terroir of the Levač region (south of the Šumadija region, central Serbia ), a certain geographical position, rich vineyard soil and a long wine tradition (16th century). Lastar Winery was founded in 2013, and is one of the most modern wineries in Serbia. We currently own 32 hectares of vineyards. Given the similarity with the Burgundian terroir, it is not surprising that the varieties that give the best results here are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

In a short period of time, we became one of the most successful Serbian wineries. The first awards came to us from Mundus Vini 2016 for Chardonay Lastar 2015. We received the most significant high recognition at Mundus Wine 2020, Best Wine of Serbia Trophy, Sauvignon Viognier Triangl 2017. Pinot Sofijin Izbor is the best rated Serbian pinot on Decanter, in the history of that evaluation, and at the Balkan wine championship BIWC 2021, our Chardonnay was selected as one of the two best chardonnay in the Balkans ( Double Gold Medal, 95 pts ).
