This story began three centuries ago when the couple Aron and Gorda settled on the slopes of Mount Rudnik, determined to lay the foundations of a new life there. Wanting life in the Velerečje region to be strong, proud and righteous, Gorda planted the first plum in this fertile land. Gorda, the matriarch, was an ancestor of Branko Milovanović, who, together with his son-in-law Veljko Škorić, founded the Milovanović–Škorić estate, continuing to care for the estate that withstood many trials over the years. In 1994, Veljko Škorić revived production, allowing our family to repay its roots, the fertile land, and the values we have believed in for centuries. Today, Gorda is one of the most beloved plum brandies in Serbia. Over the years, Gorda Dunja and Gorda Apricot have also joined the lineup. We apply innovation and creativity but carefully consider each new step to delight true connoisseurs of the highest quality brandy.
