It was created in 2018 on the foundations of the once famous Vencac winegrowing cooperative founded in September 1903 in the village of Banja near city of Arandjelovac, driven by the vision of the Colovic family to restore the family tradition of their ancestor Kosta Colovic, who was one of the founders. The Vencac cooperative was the first cooperative and one of the most successful wineries in the period between the two world wars.

Today, the winery has 17 hectares of vineyards located at 390 m above the sea level planted in 2018 with Muscat Petit Grain, Viognier, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot varieties. Location is in the heart of the Vencac area in the Sumadija  wine region, on the eastern slope of the Vencac mountain. The bedrock is sandstone, sedimentary rock, while the composition of the soil is clay with mixtures of sand and gravel. The first harvest was in 2021, and at the end of 2022, three single varietal white wines were released to the market for the first time. In 2022, started reconstruction of the old cooperative wine cellar which was built in 1930 , turning it into a modern boutique winery with a capacity of 70.000 liters, which, among other facilities  will contain a small  cinema hall and a museum where the rich archive and objects of the old  cooperative will be exhibited as witnesses of the glorious times that inspire and bind us in the modern era of winemaking.
