Vinarija Brindža is located near Bačka Topola on the Brindža family estate. Despite being a relatively young winery, it has quickly gained a dedicated customer base and a growing interest in Brindža wines. Grape processing is done using the reductive method, by employing the most modern technology. The cellar has a capacity of 50,000 liters per year and is tending to increase, as the first significant harvest occurred in 2011. The vineyards are located 15 km away from the cellar, on the Telečka plateau, between the Krivaja and Gornja Rogatica settlements. Wine production is exclusively based on the yield from their very vineyards, totaling 60,000 vines, covering a total area of 11 hectares. The vineyards are planted with selected clonal varieties from the renowned producer Raušedo VCR: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Noir.

Brindza wines boast a typical, expressive, and intense aroma, harmonizing acidity and strength, combining the nobility of international grape varieties with the local quality of the soil.

117.wine are premium wines of unique geo-climatic origin. These are wines from the Telečka plateau, known for exceptionally favorable conditions in the past due to the area being covered with vineyards before it was converted into fields. It is in this region that the geomorphological history of the planet is preserved—the most comprehensive record of Europe’s climate over the past million years.

The elevation of the vineyards is 117 meters above sea level.
