2D Soft was founded in Novi Sad, Serbia in 2002. 2D Soft’s main activities are: design, development, sale, implementation and maintenance of software solutions customized for: hospitality industry, hotel management and retail. 2D Soft vision is to create software solutions that are recognizable for their reliability, unique functionalities and original design, and that are accessible to a wide range of users, as well.

Products/Services: The company’s production program includes the following software solutions:

• Garson (hospitality industry),
• Zulu (hospitality industry),
• Hotelier (hotel management),
• Cash Box (retail),
• L-PFR+ (retail).

Production capacities: 2D Soft has over 50 full-time employees, 20 of whom are programmers and 10 are consultants directly engaged in the development and implementation of their own software solutions.

Export markets: The company exports to Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Cyprus and the United Arab Emirates.

Standards and certifications: 2D Soft is currently in the process of implementation of the following standards: ISO9001 – quality management standard, ISO27001 – information protection and security standard and ISO27701 – privacy protection and personal data handling standard. The process should be completed by the end of the year.
